About

  • Warm, grounded, and steady, Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience walking alongside people through life’s tender passages. Her work is shaped by training at Stanford University Hospital, certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy & Research, and a background in community mental health. She bring a balance of depth and practicality, direct when needed, spacious when reflection matters.

  • El Sabino takes its name from the Montezuma Cypress, a tree rooted deeply in flowing waters and resilient through changing seasons. It represents the therapy space I offer: grounded, adaptive, and alive to the rhythms of change. Here, you can slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the stability that already lives within you. El Sabino is both a practice and a place, a reminder that even in movement, we can find our footing and rise.

  • Integrative psychotherapy recognizes that no single method fits every person or every season. By drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness, humanistic, and creative approaches, therapy becomes flexible and responsive. This way of working honors both insight and embodiment, so growth happens not just in the mind but in the whole self. The aim is to cultivate clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of inner direction.
