How do I know if we’re a good fit?
Start with a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk through your needs and see if it feels right.

How often will we meet?
Most clients meet weekly. Some choose bi-weekly or occasional 90-minute deep dives, depending on goals.

Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are virtual, offered through a secure telehealth platform.

What if I’m in crisis?
I do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Do you offer therapy in Spanish?
Yes. Sessions are available in English or Spanish.

Fees

50-minute session: $200

90-minute session: $275

Payment
Credit card, HSA/FSA, Venmo and Zelle accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance
I am not currently taking new clients through insurance. I can provide a monthly superbill you may submit for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full fee. Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.
